TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using Rankster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use at Your Own Risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Rankster, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

4. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rankster, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy. Rankings, ELO ratings, statistics, and all data displayed are for informational and recreational purposes only. Rankster makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information.

6. User Conduct. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with servers, use bots or scrapers, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or harass other users.

7. Intellectual Property. All content, trademarks, logos, designs, code, and materials are the exclusive property of Rankster and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or distributed without express written permission.

8. User Content. By submitting content, you grant Rankster a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

9. Privacy. Rankster collects minimal data necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

10. Termination. Rankster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

11. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Modifications. Rankster reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by applicable federal and state laws.

14. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rankster regarding use of the Service.
